One Limitation, Cotton is Best
Like all DTG printers the quality of the print has a lot to do with the Printer, but using 80% up to 100% cotton apparel really helps the quality of the print stand out. Ring spun low pile surfaces create a soft and super smooth surface once the shirt is pretreated and pressed beore printing. DTG is not recomended for polyester blends as you can see above the more polyester the more washed out it looks.

A DTG Printer does not need separations or screens to print. We pretreat the shirt and then digitally print your design directly on the garment. This is a quick easy process and has no minimums!
